Withings

I purchased the Withing body cardio WiFi scale and the blood pressure monitor during the Black Friday sale.

Unfortunately they did not ship it out in the timeline they provided. When the scale and blood pressure monitor finally arrived they refused to pair with my phone.

I reached out to Withings customer service and after an hour of troubleshooting they wanted me to try and pair it with a different phone, I had to wait till I got home and tried to pair the scale with my old smartphone. It paired with my old phone and during the initial setup the scale and blood pressure monitor both updated their firmware. Once the update was complete I was able to pair the device with my current phone.

It seems Withing needs to make sure all their devices have the latest update before shipping them out.
